Nintendo fans will be able to fully immersive themselves in Super Nintendo World coming to Epic Universe. Let’s dive into all the details of what to expect at Super Nintendo World at Universal Orlando resort.
Universal Orlando resort announced more details for another land at Epic Universe. Super Nintendo World will be one of the themed areas coming to the new theme park in 2025.
It will have two areas: Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong Country. Each area will include rides, characters meet and greets, and dining options.
I am so excited for this land since I first learned they were building it. Universal Studios Hollywood has a Super Nintendo World but the Orlando park is taking it to another level with 3 rides and two unique areas!
Super Nintendo World will be joining Celestial Park, How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Ministry of Magic as the different lands at Epic Universe.

Rides at Super Nintendo World
- Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge (Super Mario Land, 42″ heigh requirement): Guests will wear 3D goggles and ride through a course on this interactive ride. Each ride will have a different outcome making this a unique ride each time.
- Mine Cart Madness (Donkey Kong Country, 36″ height requirement): Guests will board a mine cart on this family friendly coaster. The unique track will have guest “jumping” over the track! I can’t wait to ride this!
- Yoshi’s Adventure (Super Mario Land, 36″ height requirement): Hop aboard Yoshis and search for glowing eggs on this indoor/outdoor family attraction.
Where to Eat at Super Nintendo World
Toadstool Cafe will be the main dining area. This will include a fully themed dining area and a menu that includes soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Expect snack locations in the land as well that will be themed snacks and grab and go options.
Entertainment at Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe
- Meet Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach and more Super Nintendo World characters.
- Purchase a Power-Up Band to use on the interactive play stations throughout the land. This allows guests to do challenges and collect digital keys.
- Super Nintendo Shopping will be available in Celestial Park. I will share more shops as information becomes available.
Guests visiting Super Nintendo World are going to be blown away with the immersive land as soon as they enter the green pipe portal. It is going to be an incredible addition to Epic Universe and I can’t wait to experience it.
